Account responsibilities

Acceptable platform use

Prohibited conduct includes attempting to manipulate games, using automated bots, sharing accounts, or engaging in abusive or harassing behaviour toward staff or other users. General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to specific terms that appear with each offer. In general, only one active bonus may apply to an account at a time, and certain payment methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while wagering, game contribution rates and expiry periods are stated in each promotion’s terms. Breach of bonus conditions may lead to forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings.
Deposits and withdrawals
All deposits must be made from payment methods in your name. Minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the cashier; minimum deposits commonly start from around CA$10. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may require additional documents. Processing times vary by method - e‑wallets and crypto are often faster, while card or bank transfers can take several business days. We do not control third-party fees or currency conversion charges.
Dispute resolution
